We are hiring a Controller for our valued client in the Twin Cities, who is a small, start up feel manufacturing company.
As Controller, you will be responsible for:
Opportunity to develop Accounting team from ground up and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Managing the financial statements, month end close, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
Work alongside VP to ensure company growth and uphold company standards
Ensure compliance with policies and procedure
Who qualifies for the Controller role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
5+ years of strong team management and development experience
Experience working for small to mid size companies
Public accounting background a plus
Ability to work efficiently meet deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication skill and ability to delegate duties
How much will you earn as the Controller?
$130k - $150k + bonus
