We are hiring a Tax Associate for our valued client in the Twin Cities.
As Tax Associate, you will be responsible for:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for tax savings.
Assist clients with tax inquiries and provide guidance on tax-related issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and provide support as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive guidance to clients.
Who qualifies for the Tax Associate role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
CPA certification preferred
2+ years experience within Tax ( Business and Individual)
Experience working within Public Accounting Firms
Ability to work efficiently meet deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
How much will you earn as the Tax Associate?
Starting pay is between $60,000- $75,000
