Our partner in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a ERP Analyst to join their busy, organized team.
The ERP Analyst role is part of the corporate accounting team, is a highly visible role with the opportunity to grow in responsibility and level. The position reports to the Finance Director. Looking for a ERP Analyst who wants to be on a growth track and expand their skill set.
Responsibilities of the ERP Analyst:
Provide leadership for the maintenance, upgrades and other core components of the ERP and other financial system software.
Manage software modifications and upgrades are successfully tested before implementation to the live environment.
Use standard reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries.
Develop and document workflow processes to create efficiency in the operation of financial systems.
Work with the Director of Finance and Manager Financial Systems in the use of technology to maintain and enhance internal control procedures for the General ledger.
Assist in the preparation of annual and long-range financial plans, and monthly financial forecasts.
Assist in completing the monthly reporting package to the parent company through gathering of data of multiple sources including Hyperion, Oracle and other ERP systems maintained by the Company.
Qualifications of the ERP Analyst:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Accounting required)
5 years related experience: Major ERP systems knowledge (Oracle, Hyperion or SAP) and technical accounting experience
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
How much will you earn as the ERP Analyst?
Starting salary is up to $110K-$130K annually
