We are currently hiring a talented Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys being a "go to" person for the rest of the AR team.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
Process billing for large scale projects
Cash applications and reconcile daily cash
Build AR processes around each project
Reconcile and issue customer statements
Collections
Use your AR knowledge to assist others on the team
Who qualifies for the Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist role?
2 year or 4 year degree preferred
3+ years of full cycle Accounts Receivable experience required
Manufacturing industry experience required
Intermediate skills in Excel
Process improvement experience a plus
Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
How much will you earn as the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist?
Starting salary is $68-72K annually
