We are hiring an Interim Controller for our valued client in the Twin Cities, who is a large-size manufacturing and distribution company.

As Controller, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Managing the financial statements, month end close, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
  • Work alongside CFO to ensure company growth and uphold company standards
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedure

Who qualifies for the Interim Controller role?
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
  • 5+ years of strong team management and development experience
  • Experience working for mid to large size companies
  • Public accounting background a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to delegate duties

How much will you earn as the Interim Controller?
  • $ 75-85/hr
