As Controller, you will be responsible for:
Supporting multiple sites including general accounting, cost accounting, variance analysis and financial reporting
Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, including quarterly and annual audited statements
Accounting: Overseeing accounting departments, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Budgeting: Managing budgets, forecasting, and monitoring variances
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including tax planning and compliance
Who qualifies for the Controller role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
5+ years of experience as a controller preferably in the construction or manufacturing space
Experience utilizing multiple ERP systems
Proven ability to work efficiently, self motivated, and driven to meet goals and deadlines
Excellent communication skills; be the financial expert to plant managers, share ideas to various teams, provide information to corporate
How much will you earn as the Controller?
$115K - $140K
