We are hiring a Controller for our valued client, this is a large company with a global presence. The Controller will have 5 direct reports and will communicate with auditors.
As Controller, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage an accounting team of 5
Managing the financial statements, month end close, revenue recognition, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
Oversee cost accounting and profit margin analysis
Create the financial plan and forecasts
Ensure compliance with policies and procedure
Who qualifies for the Controller role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
1-3 years in public accounting is required
10+ years experience working in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
Experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
Experience working for a mid to large size company, revenue $500M+
Ability to work efficiently meet deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication skill and ability to delegate duties
How much will you earn as the Controller?
Starting salary; up to $160K plus a bonus
