Our Public Accounting partner is looking for an Audit-Senior. Located in Minneapolis, this company focuses on it's employees career growth development.
Responsibilities of the Audit Senior:
Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits and achievement of audit objectives
Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of audit information
Provide guidance and participation in the performance of audit procedures
Research technical accounting and auditing topics as they arrive
Qualifications of the Audit Senior:
Bachelor’s degree required – Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuing CPA
2+ years of experience doing audit with a public accounting firm
Experience working with non-profits, government agencies or privately held businesses is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting at all levels
How much will you earn as the Audit Senior?
Salary $75K - $90K
Hybrid - 3 days in office
