Responsibilities of the Accountants Payable Specialist include:
High Volume Invoicing
Accurately set up new vendors in system
Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting documents
Other responsibilities as assigned, including backing up other accounting staff members needs
Who qualifies for the Accountants Payable Specialist role?
Bachelors degree in Accounting is a plus
2+ years of AP experience
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
High level of detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
Strong organizational and analytical skills What is the pay for the Accountants Payable role:
Starting pay is $60,000+
