We are hiring an Accounting Managerfor a local Non-Profit with a strong community presence. The Accounting Manager will have AP/AR direct reports and will be part of the organization's continued growth and process improvement.
As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable specialists
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting
Oversee month end close process
Interact with HR Manager as it relates to payroll, employee time off, improved processes, etc.'
Spearhead various projects
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Who qualifies for the Accounting Manager role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
2+ years of accounting experience working in the non-profit industry is highly preferred
4+ years of supervisory or management experience
2+ years of payroll processing experience
Technology savvy. Experience using ERP's, payroll systems and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
How much will you earn as the Accounting Manager?
Annual Salary; $95K-$110K
