We are hiring an Accounting Managerfor our valued client in the Twin Cities. This Financial Services company offers you a variety of responsibilities, and involvement at a higher level which means your voice is heard.
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the financial statements, month end close, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial analysis
Manage a high volume of transactions across multiple platforms, ensuring they are tracked and reconciled properly
Analyze and make decisions based on trends as it supports fixed assets and accounts payables
Develop, implement, and monitor best practices and procedures to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements
Who qualifies for the Accounting Manager role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, is required
3+ years of accounting experience in the Banking or FinTech industry
An experienced Leader or Manager of a team of accountants
Strong experience in Data Analytics and utilizing Analytics Tools
Ability to work Efficiently to meet deadlines with accuracy
How much will you earn as the Accounting Manager?
$100K-$110K
