We are hiring a Controllerfor a local Company in the Twin Cities. The Controller will be part of the organization's continued growth and process improvement.
As the Controller, you will be responsible for:
Review and oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and fixed assets.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Lead the month end and year end close processes
Collaborate with external auditors and coordinate audits
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
Lead, mentor and develop the accounting/finance team
Provide financial reporting and support strategic planning and business decisions with financial insights
Who qualifies for the Controller role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience using ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
How much will you earn as the Controller?
Annual Salary; $140-$170K
