We are hiring an Accounting Clerk for our valued client in Minneapolis.
As Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Prepare and issue invoices for upcoming loan payments.
Monitor loan portfolio payments, assist with early payoffs, and ensure timely remittances.
Access, review, and reconcile bank accounts holding construction escrows.
Update internal systems to reflect loan payments received and amounts owed to third parties.
Review and process construction loan draw requests, including drafting wires and ACH transfers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment between internal systems and financial data.
Who qualifies for the Accounting Clerk role?
2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Commercial real estate or loan experience a plus
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication skill and ability to delegate duties
High level of attention to detail and organization
How much will you earn as the Accounting Clerk?
$60K-$63K
